Errors with qt while configuring Kile

Hi,

I'm trying to configure kile 1.6.2 under Debian stable.
The configure skript interrupts with:
"checking for QT... configure: error: Qt (>= Qt 3.1 (20021021)) (library qt-mt) not found ... "

Library libqt3-mt is installed (Version 3.2.1-5woody6) but when I try to install libqt3-mt-dev apt-get wants to remove many kde programs which I don't want to remove.

What can I do to get kile compiled without removing kde programms?

Thanks in advance.

greetings,
hotel-lima
