Hmm, never seen that one before. Doesn't look critical to me. Well, try out the new kernel and put a label on it and boot the name of that new kernel with 'lilo -R <label of new kernel>'. If it doesn't boot properly, just reboot the machine and lilo will then boot the default (original kernel).
