Error with panal, problem with internet
 

1. Every time I logon, I get a message that the things I have on my bottom panal had an unknown error, and they can't load, the only thing on my panal is "main menu". How can I fix that? I tried logging into another account to see if it was only my account, and it had the same problem.

2. When I try to play a game or something on the internet, it says that i neeed a plugin for shockwave something, what is a plugin, how can I get one?
