Error while restarting services: Failed to get D-Bus connection: Operation not permitted

Hi,

I have added noexec to /etc/fstab for /tmp partition. please see below,

/dev/mapper/system-tmp /tmp ext4 defaults,nodev,nosuid,noexec 1 2

Post this change, I'm not able to issue "admin" commands, example below,

#systemctl restart sshd
Failed to get D-Bus connection: Operation not permitted

Any idea about how to resolve this issue?

Server is RHEL 7.6

Thanks.
