Error when installing

Hi all,

I am trying to install Suse linux 10.0 from a set of 5 cd's. i have partitions (c,d,e and f) i have windows XP on( e & f).

but when i went thru the intallation prosess i got a message stopping me from completing the installation and that is ( Error :No proposal)

why is this? is it because i have my windows xp on drives ( e& f) and not on drive c ?

Also i would like to mention that i have a cd rom drive and a dvd drive.

At lat if there is a way out of this error, would the case that i am having my windows xp on drive (e & f) and not drive c cause a problem for my multibooting ?

Please asvise,

Thanks Alot.

sounds to me like you are here in the installation process, at the partitioning scheme. But you rejected the proposal.
Look at the proposal and if it looks alright, accept it ...

ok, here is the case.

As u said i got the problem in the place that u mentioned above.

In the software section i get this error

No source found at 'cd:///;devices=dev/hdc,/dev/hdd'.
Error: no proposal

so i hit the Accept button .However i got the following pop-up error message

"The proposal contains an error that must be resolved before continuing"

Please help.
Thanks in advise.
