Error: virDomainCreateLinux()failed

Hi all
i have fully virtualized system with Fedora core 6 installed along with XEN.Now on top of it i am trying to install windows xp pro but i am getting error when i start installation from virtual machine manager. i.e.
Error:virDomainCreateLinux()failed
Please help me out with this error, what could be the problem ?
