Error reloading program
 

I should be asking this another place, but here's my doubt. I did something wrong. Let me explain I installed utorrent server on centos but I did it wrong the first time and without knowing I opened 3 whole processes that consumed my cpu. Now I'm installing it again but one minute or two after I did it, it says I must reload the page and I cannot enter the page anymore, what can I do to solve this? Restart a process? I dont know how to do it or the process number, I used the command top and killed it. So long story short utsever process doesnt appear on my process list and I would like to allow one. Can you help me out?
