Unhappy Error: No route to host!

I am using Putty and works great logging in to two servers but the third server is where I get a problem giving me the following error:

"ssh: connect to address port 22: No route to host"

Does anyone have suggestions?

Are all the servers on this network?
Does the server have sshd running?
Does the server have port 22 opened in it's firewall?
Try nmap -sS -F to make sure the port is open.
