That's way too vague for anyone to be able to help you solve your problem. Something more definitive would work better.
Such as:
A) When you installed SuSE, and you got to the part about where to install Grub, did you accept the default installation to the MBR, or did you change it to 'install to the root partition'?
2) Try booting again, and this time write down the error message you get. Then post that error message here, or start another thread. In any event, try to get better information about the error.
