"error invalid magic number alloc magic is broken"

Im relatively new to the whole linux scene and i decided to download linux mint to try it out, i downloaded the lastest version from the official page and then used YUMI to move it to my usb and then install it, the problem happens when i choose the "linux mint" OS from the OS choosing screen, when i click on it it gives me the error "error invalid magic number alloc magic is broken at 0x" and then a bunch of numbers, and then the only option it gives is to press any key to reboot my pc
ive also tried using rufus, linux live usb creator and universal usb installer but i get the same error
I am using a Toshiba Sattelite Click 10 if that means anything
Please help

Is the drive formated as Fat32?
