error in rpm ... plz help

error: failed dependencies: is needed by watchcrond-0.90-eon.03 is needed by watchcrond-0.90-eon.03
/bin/sh is needed by watchcrond-0.90-eon.03 is needed by watchcrond-0.90-eon.03 is needed by watchcrond-0.90-eon.03

i need install libc , ld and sh ... but from where ? ? ?
