Error in PCLinuxOS2007: could not start kde init check your instalation


Hi all,

I got an error message when start my PCLinuxOS 2007.
"could not start kde init check your instalation"
I try to login in linux safe setting, to login via
command line, but I could not login.
How to fix this error?

If you are just installing use the vga boot option

No, I am not installing PCLinuxOS 2007.
The installation is allready in my Harddisk.
This error happen after I update KDE package from
Synaptic - Package Manager and than I restart my PC.
How to install/restore only those package without
full installation?
