can anyone help me? I am having a problem with our ibm x345 server, we cannot acceess the bios can anyone tell me how to enable the bios tnx

Pressing F1 when seeing the blue IBM logo on the black screen should get you into the main BIOS ("Setup") on your x345 server. Reboot or power-cycle the server to get to that screen...

Are you locked out via an administrator password? If so, that's probably going to require a system board replacement (or at least a service call from IBM). Those are burned into an EEPROM on the board, and can't be reset like a CMOS-level password.
