error: Failed dependencies: libcrypto.so.4 and libssl.so.4


please help me with this im using CentOS 5 and im trying to install some package and a problem occur! i tried on double clicking it and on the terminal window still the same problem! ive already installed this file for the missing dependencies 'openssl097a-0.9.7a-9.x86_64.rpm' and the files are already installed on 'Lib64' folder libcrypto.so.4 and libssl.so.4 but still the package seems to search for libcrypto.so.4 and libssl.so.4 even though its already installed? can some one help me with this!

Please port the error info and the command that has been executed.
Also show the output of the following command:
rpm -qa | grep openssl

heres the problem i already install openssl and i already see's the missing lib in 'lib64' but still the error occurs please help me with this!

One or more applications might need a different version of openssl. In such a case you need to upgrade those applications as well to work with the latest openssl code.

Just type the names of the missing files into google. There are a number of sites that collect links to older and newer rpms. The crucial thing, of course, is finding one that will work with CentOS. In many cases, one for Fedora 6 should work too.

The following url contains the download for openssl which contains the required libraries.
Any one of the url can be used to download the rpm.
