Talking error en la partición no habre

hola, soy nuevo en linux, y es lo mejor que me ha pasado. tengo un equipo portatil dell, despues de una caida, inicio bien, pero el encenderla pc. por segunda vez no cargaba ningun sistema operativo. la inicie con linux live. en ella intente formatear algunas particiones del sistema operativo para que inicie normal. pero no me reconocio ninguna particion. de todas esta solo me intereza rescatar una particio en especial, ya que tengo fotos y videos de mi hija, es la particion mas grande despues de hacer un testdisk. pude recuperar dos particiones de tres.una tiene S.O. linux. y otra en blanco. pero la que me intereza no la puede montar. en gparted me aparece la siguiente informacion error reading $MFT:Input/output error;
failed to load $MFT:Input/output error;
failet to mount"/dev/sda1":input/output error;
NTFS is inconsistent. Run chkdsk/f on windows then reboot it TWICE!
The usage of the/f parameter is very IMPORTANT! No modifications was
made to NTFS by sofware.
alquien me puede ayudar a usar el comando antes decrito. solo me intereza recuperar esa particion como comprenderan es muy importante para mi.estare muy agradecido con su apoyo.
