I know i get the error code because i dont have my windows partition. But i seriously need my vista back. I tried using VMware player but it didn't work
Is there anyway i can restore my windows partition without the installation disc? The restore disc does not work as it needs a windows partition.

Seems to me you answered your own question.
The restore disk needs a windoze partition, you don't have one; you will have to use an install disc.

You could run windoze on a virtual machine inside of ubuntu, or use wine for the game. As far as recovering windoze, I'm afraid you're SOL, you'll have to reinstall.

Wine does'nt work for Maplestory. thats the game i wanna play. Does CodeWeavers work? I think Wine does'nt work because it has a gameguard
[off topic]
Boot camp helps us create a windows partition right? And when that happens i can use my windows recovery disc if im not wrong. So is there a special version or similar boot camp that will enable me to create a windows partition and is compatible with linux?
[off topic]
Sorry for the late reply
EDIT: i checked and it says "Known not to work"
So theres no other way i can play my game? ):
