Error (8B06) when using Wifiphisher


im new to linux and im facing this annoying problem
i couldn't find any solution
please help me

Code:
root@kali:~/Desktop/wifiphisher-master# python wifiphisher.py
[*] Starting HTTP server at port 8080
[*] Starting HTTPS server at port 443

[+] Networks discovered by wlan0: 3

[+] Starting monitor mode off wlan0

Error for wireless request "Set Mode" (8B06) :

    SET failed on device wlan0 ; Invalid argument.
[*] Cleared leases, started DHCP, set up iptables
