Error 22: No such partition

I have lost my grub I dont know i popped up my ubuntu live cd and entered commands:
sudo grub
root (hd0,7)
it is saying that no such partition...
i followed the same method when i lost my grub earlier...but somehow i dont know but its not working now
waht should i do?????

also I am able to mount my linux partition on temp the partition exists 4 sure

could you post the output of sfdisk -l
