I'm not sure I understand. Did you install Ubuntu and not get the password right then install the operating system again and get the Grub error. The Grub error 15 means it can't find a boot file. Is Ubuntu the only operating system? Did you install the Grub bootloader for Ubuntu to the master boot record? Are you able to boot anything? If you can't boot the installed system(s), use the Ubuntu CD, when it boots open a terminal from the Applications tab and enter this command: sudo fdisk -l(Lower case Letter L in the command) and post the output here. This will tell us something about your computer drives/partitions.
