epson sx215 printing problems with windows 10

Hi,Hope someone will be able to understand wherE i'm coming from with this,as I am no computer geek!I have recently changed computers, now running windows 10.All software installed great but when I added my printer, using the original disc, everything went haywire. When I try to print,it is stating I am using an epson sx210,not 215,There is no print preview whatsoever, and if I state I want a4,it prints a sheet around 8"x10".I am a crafter, and use my printer a great deal.i am given the choice of;microsoft print to pdf, microsoft xps document writer or send to one note 2016.I need most things a4 size but cannot get near that size, any ideas please?

This is a Linux forum, not a Microsoft Windows forum. Don't you think you would be better off asking in a Microsoft Windows forum??
