Question entering BIOS in netboo model 9903


I have a netbook model 9903 written om jay-tec.It powers on and stops at a black screen with the wiord android.
I need to format it but i can not access the BIOS even when i press F10 or F12.please I can't see the del key as well.
i badly need help.

Are you sure F1 or F2 are correct? I have seen delete and even F12 used to access BIOS. You may wish to refer to your owner's books or google for the manual.
