Enscript configuration files (HTML output)

Hi there,
I just discovered enscript and almost immediately fell in love with it. Right now I am trying to find the way to configure the html and rtf outputs to display a customized message at the top of the file. For example, here's the html output with syntax highlighting for a bash script file (see enscript.png attached).
I want to customize the text where it shows the filename and the footer.
I could not find the instructions to do this in enscript's man page. I was only able to customize headers and footers for postscript output files, but not for html or rtf. If you guys could point me in the right direction or tell me what file needs to be configured (default /etc/enscript.cfg doesn't have these options) I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks in advance!
