engineering applications distribution on linux
 

somebody knows where can I find any distribution for engineering applications?

No idea what you're asking for/about. If you mean are there any distros that specifically target those things, no...that's like asking "Are there any versions of Windows that are for xxx". An operating system provides the means for applications to run...not the other way around.

Figure out what application(s) you want to use, then read their requirements. Google is a good starting point.

What kind of engineering? Mechanical engineering? Electrical engineering? Software engineering? Chemical engineering?

I mean simulation aplication for engineering for example I heard about a linux distribution whose name is Salome-meca
but i would like to know if there are another linux distribution.

There is CAELinux. Never tried it myself though.
You might take a look but if I were in your shoes I'd just pick any main stream distro and search its software repositories for the software you need. Installing a distro such as CAELinux will really only give you something based on something else (in this case Ubuntu) with a preselection of software that you could also install on the base distro. (No offense towards CAELinux meant)

If that preselection happens to meet your needs it will save you some time but the reality probably is that it will meet your needs only half way. If you want to do serious work in engineering, first look for the tools. Once you selected the tools, choose the OS that supports them best. I am deliberately saying OS, because based on what your tools are, you may have an easier time on a non-Linux OS...
