enable SIM module in laptop


if my laptop have(I am using dell inspiron 1525) SIM (subscriber indentity module). can i use broadband internet connection just buy sim from mobile operator without HSDPA modem, if yes do i need to install any special driver software to enable SIM module

Maybe you could just swap the SIM..
