Enable numlock at systemboot
How can I enable numluck at system bootup. I know ther is an entry in Yast somewhere but the question is Where,
So please give me the answer.

Hi, welcome to LQ!
You may find a BIOS option in your machine for this; both of my machines have that option in the BIOS.
Sorry I can't speak about Yast, as I don't use it.

Your question doesn't make sense.
At system boot-time, there is NO OPERATING SYSTEM loaded yet. Therefore, no programs/instructions can be running, to switch ANYTHING on. If you want numlock on at boot/POST time, switch it on in your system BIOS.

In a linux forum, I suppose you want something later than BIOS or GRUB, right? In linux, check if configuration these files do what you want:
System level num-lock:
/etc/console-tools/config
Kde level num-lock:
/etc/kde3/kdm/kdmrc
Per user level num-lock:
~/.kde/share/config/....
