Hello, can someone please help me ? How can i fix this issue?

./miner --address QvLvo6ekS8g4hSB4vSdmTLfvk5Nca363eAeF6ByqFqpCJR7Uhs6A34khj6zcgFwb3R7eE2QrxU4bRM9TdLLw6BbZ1y97wbppx
2018-Aug-13 14:16:30.874519 ERROR [Miner] Error occured during mining: Enable multithreading to use std::thread: Operation not permitted

Unfortunately no one can really help you when there is no information available at all about the program which you are running.

I've seen a few questions of this nature from you. Please review the information in my signature about how to use the Linux Questions site.

Note also that your questions seem to be related to programming, and seemingly about a cryptography miner. That's all fine, but realize that you do need to explain a lot more about what you've done and what you have tried, as well as be more descriptive about what problems you are encountering.

You also have not followed up on your several thread questions. Please review any answers that fellow LQ members have already offered, or respond to their queries for additional information.

The only hit I got googling this says that this is due to a compiler bug(!), and your only option is to get a new build of "miner".
