enable acpi in the kernel ....
 
hey peeps just wondering if anyone can point me in the right direction to enable acpi in the kernel so i can use my battery monitor.

Im using fedora core 1 and have to acpi and acpid files installed but iv been told for the battery meter to work i need to enable it in the kernel.

sorted it :)

done some googleing and it resulted in me editing my grub.conf .

For thoes having trouble or just for referance you can find full details to enable acpi under fedora core 1 here
