Emulation third mouse button on keyboard

Hi.

I want to emulate third mouse press with keyboard. Like ctrl+left mouse or shift+left mouse

I know I can use left+right in xorg.conf, but I want to use keyboard, because I found uncomfortable to press two buttons.

Does anyone know, if it is possible to use keyboard key+mouse for this purpose or may be just keyboard?

Thanks

This'll do it with just the keyboard. To do it with a combination of both you'll probably have to get intimate with the desktop environment's customizing of key bindings or something.

Debian, has a pacakge called keynav that you can use to emulate mouse functionality with the keyboard. Perhaps it is packaged for Suse too. If not, upstream is here: http://www.semicomplete.com/projects/keynav/

Thanks, this would be very exiting if I have additional keypad, but unfortunately I use laptop without it.
I've checked it works, but really need combination.

Any way thank you, I didn't know about it.

What did you try? I think with keynav you can assign just about any key to any mouse action: no need for a keypad.

If you are using a touchpad on a laptop there are all sorts of things to get up to. It'll probably be easy to do.
