emails sent from a linux server

Hi all,

How to know what emails are sent (and to whom) by an RHEL5 server.
Is there any log or command to know.
Thanks in advance!

/var/log/maillog - That is the current one - these get rotated so /var/log/maillog.1 would be the prior one, maillog.2 the one before that etc...
