Email Print Script

I am currently working with a new Linux box at a small buisness.

We are currently working with ways to implement email orders to our daily operations. We are looking for a way to print new order emails as they arrive to the server. This is so that any employee would be able to access the order email and then take the appropiate action. We are currently using K-Mail on our linux box.

Thanks for any help in advance

Is the mail server IMAP or POP? Which server si it? Can you run a script on the mail server? Do you know what mail format the mail is delivered in (i.e. can it use maildir format)?

also is the mail server at your site? if it is something like procmail will probably be the easiest solution - so if the server is on your site then find out of it supports procmail (or if procmail can be installed).
