simple question how do I obtain a linux email address.
I have just installed linux mint and I want the language
translator available on ubuntu where will i find it.

what do you mean by a "linux email address" there is no such thing, just like there is no such thing as a "windows email address"... can you expalain what you actually mean?

additionally please use more insightful thread titles in future

sorry I mean how do I get a linux address like a the address I use with msn and orange,I have received emails with linux addresses and wondered where they came from.

there's still no such thing as a "Linux address". if you have a hotmail account or some such that you've used under windows, then it'll work just fine on Linux too. what sort of emails are you talking about? you could have had ones from root@localhost potentially, but that's just your internal system notifying itself about things. if that's the case we can look further in that direction.

well maybe, and in which case, same details as any im client under windows still apply.
