from 1 search on google this appears to be a windows based conference type app?

best bet would be to run WINE, or if your feeling adventurous, run QEMU and have xp virtualised and take that route :D

good luck, an let us know how you get on

Elluminate Live! Technical Support

Greetings Short Fuse,

I'm from Elluminate Technical Support and I thought I would provide assistance for you.

Elluminate Live! is a Java based collaborative e-learning tool that is platform independent and should run on any OS that Java can be installed on. However, Elluminate officially supports the platforms indicated on this webpage here. The Elluminate Live! application does not require a client side installation rather it launches through Java Web Start. Data in the form of .jar files are then downloaded and cached after executing the Java network launching protocol (JNLP) file.

Should you continue to experience problems executing Elluminate Live! on your Linux platform, please feel free to contact Elluminate Technical Support through our portal at http://support.elluminate.com or call us at (866) 388-8674, option #2.

Best Regards,

Elluminate Technical Support
