"eggcups has crashed". Urgent help needed

I got this message "eggcups has crashed". On Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 5.2 (Tikanga). Will this error affect printing of other users on the network, if so how do I resolve it?

Don't flag your posts as urgent....this isn't urgent for anyone but you. We volunteer our time here, so don't tell us to hurry up and answer your question. You also need to provide full information, like WHERE you get the error message, and what happens/what are you trying to do, when you get it.

All Eggcups is, is a visual indicator as to what's going through the print queue. Jobs should process fine.

Also, since you're using RedHat enterprise, you can call RedHat support, since you're paying for it with your Enterprise subscription....
