Question efi pxe 0 for IPv4/efi pxe 0 for IPv6 upon trying to install on a no OS pc

Dear all,
I hope you can help me with this. I tried to install min 19.2 on a brand new laptop. All I get is this and it says to go to the boot manager. But all I could find there are the same.

I use an usb and the pc has of course no internet connection.

What to do?

Not easy to tell just yet.

I assume that you are unable to boot to the usb and it is falling back to booting pxe.
Since you mention uefi then that means a new issue.
I assume that you didn't create the usb to be uefi bootable.

Be sure to do full power off then insert usb and go to the bios and see if it will tell you more about the usb.

If you have a dvd drive, I'd use that to load linux Mint.
