Unhappy Eee Pc will not reboot (HELP)


this is what my computer screen has

Scanning user partition please wait...

e2fsck 1.40-WIP (14-Nov-2006)
fsck.ect3: Atempt to read block from filesystem resulted in short read while trying to open.dev.sda2
coul this be a zero-length partition?
tun2fs: Attempt to read block from filesystem resulted in short read while trying to open /dev/sda2
couldn't find valid filesystem superblock.

Press <ENTER> to reboot...



it does not reboot just says the same thing.. I have f9'd it and that hasnt helped either..
HELP....

Hi,

You seem to have filesystem problems. You need to boot in a 'single' user mode then run your 'fsck' on the filesystem with the problems.
