Editing XF86Config-4
Ok, this is surely the ultimate newbie question.
How do I edit the XF86Config-4 file at the command prompt? I need to edit it to install my GF4, and I can't work out which command to type in to edit it. Muchos gracias. |
just pick an editor, jove, emacs, vi, vim, pico, nano....... personally i'd recommend pico.
pico /etc/X11/XF86Config that's assuming you have pico installed... |
