Eclipse in Gnome Suse 10.2

I'm wondering what you're supposed to do to get eclipse to run in gnome suse 10.2?

I was previously running it on KDE 10.1 but changed to gnome 10.2.

I installed it from the Yast manager but when i tried to open and run it i can not find the application out side of yast.

in 10.1 you just installed the files in yast and it was there.

I am able to find sun java but not the eclipse application.

I'm searching google but not helping much.

Thanks y.

You could just download eclipse from All you would need to do is unzip the tar.gz, enter the extracted directory and and click on the script named "eclipse" (or enter "./eclipse" at the command line) to run it.
