easy way to read text reports - html/pdf/email

I have to print up many reports for my staff to use. It would be easier if I simply emailed them the reports but am worried about the reports getting lost in all of their emails. Perhaps I should make them pdf's or html first. Is there some way to make them easily available? I work on a centos system and most of my staff work from putty on a win system. The reports are all text files on the linux box. Any ideas of the best way to solve this are appreciated. Thanks.

Make the report as a text file if reports are generated in linux and then attached it as email.
