Easy way to erase evrything on linux mint, except the needed files to current kernel?

Im currently running Linux Mint 11.
In my computer, there has been LM10 and Fedora 15 and 16 also.
My hard drive is only 320 GB, and theres free space left only 160MB, and I just installed LM11 today.
So is there a (easy) way to erase everything on my computer except those files which the Linux Mint 11 needs?
Old kernels, installed files/programs, everything what my current kernel doesnt need.
...Those old kernels I cant find in synaptic package manager, only my current kernel.

you can use baobab to visualize disk space usage and than manually delete old kernels that should be in folders. Installed programs should be removed in synaptic, if possible.
