E-ticket to OTRS migration.. Possible?

Hello All,

We have "E-Ticket" ticketing system for internal IT support group. But the system is really out dated and seems dead. It was implemented well before I joined. Now we are planning a migration and have decided on OTRS fits the bill. It is nice and well rounded application.
I want to know if there is a possibility of migrating all the older data from E-Ticket tool to OTRS.
I know that the database structure of both the systems is miles apart but if there is any way to have OTRS knowledge about the older system.

We use RT Ticket for our organization. I think you'll have to pay for a migration between those two ticketing systems because there doesn't appear to be a clear migration track between OTRS and E-Ticket that I've found Google searching around. The problem with migrating between two systems which accomplish the same tasks differently is an intimate knowledge of each product, their inner workings, and DB structure as I'm sure you're already aware.
