PLEASE HELP!
i installed ubuntu just few hours ago but
Unfortunately, now when I try to run apt-get update I get:

E: Could not get lock /var/lib/dpkg/lock - open (11 Resource temporarily unavailable)
what should i do??????

Hi and welcome to LQ.

Check you haven't got another instance of apt-get running (or any of its gui frontends - synaptic or whatever ubuntu now uses)
