dynamic web pages

Hi Guys,

I am trying to build an entire dynamic website by myself. I am trying to do this as cheaply as possible and wanted to know what i need to build a complete dynamic website. I have some experience in programming C and C++ but mostly in business. I know some things about PHP MYSQL and HTML (browsed the books). What can you suggest as good software, hardware, books, websites etc that i can reference.

with php/mysql and good search techniquest with google have worked good for me. php has some limitations in a windoz enviroment but out of asp, perl, and php I like php the best and while books are great google can really be the best tool when faced with specific problems.
Also don't be afraid to use other peoples php libraries found in places like freshmeat.com or sourceforge.net. For example the GD graphics library.

Thanks for the websites. Does anyone know of a good software (cheap I hope) that can build dynamic websites with not a lot of codeing.
