Question dynamic update client

Hi i wanna serve my website, I have a dsl connection, therefore my ip is dynamic, i dloaded ez-ipupdate to update the url to the current ipaddress but it is attaching the url to the internal address, after a bit of reading i found that u cant use this if you are behind a router, Im trying to find another client that ill work for this situation.....any suggestions?
