dwl-g510 wireless card help

hello. I just last week loaded fedora 8 on my desktop and have been struggling to get my wireless card working. it is a d-link dwl-g510, with the Marvell chipset. I've tried madwifi but it doesn't recognize it. and ndiswrapper freezes during install. is there any other alternative? or is there a way to get ndiswrapper to work? thanks!
