Duplicating a Login Screen

I have a login screen that I wish to duplicate.

I have a picture of it, but I cannot post a link to it because I have yet to post eneough.

But the login screen looks as follows:

On the left side of the screen there is a list of all the people that can login and their images.

At the top is the normal welcome banner... beneath it is a Analog Clock.

Then
Login: [spot for login]
Password: [spot for password]
Session Type: [Dropdown list of session types available]

Along the bottom is a row of buttons as follows:
GO CLEAR MENU SHUTDOWN

I have tried going thru all the options that I can find for it, but I am having no luck at all duplicating the Session Type area and all of the buttons at the bottom.

Does anyone have any idea?

I have it set to look very close to what the one in the picture looks like....

However, I cannot seem to make a drop down list show for session type. Or match the theme (button styles).

Can anyone point me in the right direction?
