Duel Boot only different...
I have two seperate hard drives, each with it's own installation. One has XP and one has Fedora. They are both set up as master and all I do is physically swap hard drives.

My question is: Is there a way to set up duel boot options without any re-installation? I know one will have to be set to slave while the other is master.

And yes I am a nOObe to linux, but not to computers.

Thanks in advance.

Install grub on the secondary master (/dev/hdc) and let Windows install on its default location, (that is /dev/hda)
Now from the BIOS settings you can switch between which hard disk you want ot boot from. Of course this assumes that your BIOS allows you to select booting between primary master and secondary master. This setup works nicely on my computer.
