I just wanted to check with y'all before I go and format my computer to see if the info. I found on-line is correct. I'm planning on making my Win2K machine dual boot with RedHat 7.1; I've already got Win2K installed, now from what I've read all I have to do is install RedHat on a differnt partition, load LILO on the first partition, not the MBR. Make a few edits to the LILO conf file and edit the boot.ini file in Win2K and that's it correct? So what actually happens is Win2K's boot loader loads first, then when I select Linux it starts up LILO on the other partition, correct? Please let me know if I've got this right as I do not wish to hose up my system for the weekend, there's some Wolfenstein to be played!! Thanks in Advance...
