Angry dual boot went wrong

Ive been running a windows 7 o/s by it self ,i deul booted with 8.04 and had no problems until i decided to remove the distrubution,to my surprise after rebooting i could not get back in to my windows o/s.Thus i fixed my o/s boot rec with the following comands :bootrec /fixmbr , bootrec /fixboot this fixed that issue. Now ive opted for the 12.04,created my partitions and set my swap and primary as wel ass all the ntty gritty setings,After installation again i was prompted to restart and remove the disc. Now i have no o/s selection screen at boot up and i boot straight to win 7.How can i get it so that linux loads the grub and that i have the option to choose my o/s .
