Dual boot single harddrive

I have Fedora Core 6 installed on my machine, however I also have Windows XP Pro installed on a seperate partition. I was wandering how do I enter safe mode in Windows as I am using the Bootloader that came with Fedora.

so if the os choice works as i understand,
you just have to choose win and press f8 as fast as you can.

Hmm... Haven't done that yet. I would assume hitting F8 immediately after selecting Windows.

As soon as GRUB (The Fedora Bootloader) hands control to NTLDR (The Windows loader), then Windows will operate as if it were the only OS on the machine.
Doesn't Windows give a sign to press something (F8?) for startup options?
