Dual Boot problems please help.
I have red hat 8 on an old hp box that i got. however for other reasons I need win98 for it to be installed too.
When I install it, it takes about 12 gig of partition space from the hd, and it then installs, however after everything is done, when I boot up my box, it shows that light blue red hat boot in screen. How do I boot into win98 only? Do I needa boot up disk? How do I go about doing that? Sorry if it has been mentioned before I did some searches and nothing revelant came up, not to sure as the parameters to search for. |
On the boot in screen, is there a choice for Win98?
Over at www.tldp.com there is a long list of HOW-TO's that may help you. I went the other route, I installed WinXP first and then Red Hat 9 and Grub automatically put a Windows selection on the Grub Boot screen. rberry88 |
